Lisa Roach

IB Diploma Programme Coordinator, Head of Science, Physics and Mathematics Teacher

I completed a Ph.D. in Physics, with a specialization in Geophysics, from the University of Toronto in 2012. I have taught scientific subjects at various levels in North America, the Caribbean and Europe, to a range of diverse learners. My pedagogical experience includes teaching Physics and Mathematics at the high school and university level. I endeavour to create a safe learning environment for all students where they can be comfortable enough to risk exploring difficult concepts.
